11. Large Items

  • Large pieces of furniture, home appliances, bedding (excluding spring mattresses) and other waste (that exceeds 50cm in length, width or height)
  • Microwaves, fan heaters and sewing machines
  • Carpeting, bicycles, desks, etc.

Call the city for collection (collection fee charged)

You can request a Clean Center to come and pickup. Please call your district Clean Center for service. (See: Collection Days by District Page for district distribution).

Free drop-offs

You can also choose to drop off at Nagoe Waste Treatment Center or Imaizumi Waste Treatment Center.

Mon.-Fri.: 8:30-11:30, 13:00-16:00
Sat. 8:30-11:30

Drop-offs are also accepted on holidays (excluding Sundays), but not accepted on Saturday afternoons and Sundays.
